Reservations can be made online or by phone. To secure the negotiated symposium rate, you must book your room by May 3, 2013 and please use the following reservation code: AWS. Room rates are $115.00 plus tax per night. This rate includes: high-speed internet access in each guest room and complimentary breakfast.

Please note: a shuttle bus will be provided to transport guests from the hotel to the symposium and back again. The bus from hotel to Symposium will leave at 8:30 a.m. on June 5 and 6.

Airports
Brookfield Zoo is located 15 miles west of Chicago which is served by O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway International Airport (MDW).


Ground Transportation
Transportation from either airport to hotel can be arranged by calling American Taxi (847) 255-9600 upon arrival at both O’Hare and Midway airports.

Where Do I Go?
Enter through the South Gate and pull up to a parking booth. A parking attendant will instruct you to the Discovery Center parking lot. The parking fee for each day will be waived. The Symposium will take place in the Discovery Center, which is directly adjacent to the parking lot.
