2023 Photo Contest

Grab your camera and head to Brookfield Zoo, where you might just capture a winning shot to enter in the Zoo’s 2023 digital Photo Contest.

Photo entries will only be accepted from May 26, 2023, 12:00 p.m. CDT to August 11, 2023, 5:00 p.m. CDT. Entries submitted outside of these dates will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER

•Photo entry must feature an animal or animals only. (Photos with people will be disqualified.)
•Any photo watermarked with words or graphics will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
•Photos will only be accepted digitally.
•Photos must be a JPG/JPEG at a minimum resolution of 3600 x 2700 pixels and a maximum file size of 24 MB at time of submission.
•The Photo Contest official entry form must be completed, including uploading your photo, and submitted. You will get a confirmation that your entry was received.
•One photo entry per person.
•Photos do not have to be taken at Brookfield Zoo.
•Entry must be received by August 11, 2023, 5:00 p.m. CDT.
•The Chicago Zoological Society is not responsible for misdirected entries.

Free Admission for Military Personnel

To show appreciation for the hard work and dedication of the men and women in the United States Armed Forces, the Chicago Zoological Society is offering free admission to Brookfield Zoo to all active, reservist, and retired members of the military. Qualified personnel who present a valid ID at one of the zoo's admission booths will be admitted free of charge.
